PEPTIDE-CONSULTATION accepts orders for peptide products and ships them worldwide.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received. A tracking number is provided immediately upon dispatch.
Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it automatically falls under the jurisdiction of the local postal services. Delivery times may vary and are entirely dependent on the postal services. On average, delivery takes 15–30 working days.
Goods are delivered to the Baltic countries Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia within 3-7 working days
You are responsible for ensuring that the provided delivery address is correct. PEPTIDE-CONSULTATION is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
After PEPTIDE-CONSULTATION hands over the parcel to the postal services, it falls under their jurisdiction. Our online store is not responsible for the actions or delays of postal services. Please monitor your shipment, as PEPTIDE-CONSULTATION is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your parcel is returned due to non-acceptance or if the provided address was incorrect, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for us to resend it. If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement shipment.
Orders to foreign countries are sent via registered mail through Lithuania Post.

The receipt of goods
Receiving the goods, be sure to check the goods thoroughly and to sign the receipt of the goods in the shipping list
In case of any damages and refusal to accept goods, be sure to make a free-form Act of defect and refusal to accept the goods.
If you decide to take the goods with defects, be sure to write on the shipping list, which defects you have noticed and that you agree to accept the goods.
The recipient’s signature on the shipping list indicates that the goods are delivered safely and the carrier does not accept responsibility for any defects and violations detected later.
